I walked to the plaza to jog around the basketball court, because I noticed that doing it in the basketball court makes me jog better that doing it around the plaza. In the court, I would really jog around, while around the plaza, I would just jog 1/4 of the way (from the entrance of the subdivision to the chapel). The inclined road did give me a challenge, but on the next quarter of the road I would just walk to catch my breath. The next half of the road wasn't good to jog on, so I felt as if I wasn't getting enough.
Sadly, there were players in the court when I arrived, so I had to jog/walk around the plaza instead. It was a good thing, though... at least now I know that every weekdays, I would jog around the court, and on weekends, I would jog around the plaza.

Catching my breath after my first jog, I saw this plant with around three or four big bees. I felt really bad because this plant often times have some critters on it, and on the day it had bees, I only had my cell phone in my pocket! It was a bit disappointing that I didn't carry my camera, but then again, it was a good motivation - jog again and I might see another bee... just don't forget your camera next time. :)
Day 01 started on a weird note because in my schedule, Sundays are my rest days, meaning I would only do the morning exercises. I already presumed that Sunday might be a day that I would meet friends or the family would go out so I didn't really put in anything for the afternoon. Come to think of it, there should be a day of rest, it's so happened that my first day fell on a rest day.
To cope up with it, though, I walked to the market this afternoon to ease up the guilty feeling. I went to find some spinach because my bibimbap recipe calls for some. Unfortunately, the rainy days might be the reason why I can't find any. Guess will just cook it without the spinach.
I am already excited for the days to come. I am excited to lose weight! :)

Good luck on your weight loss. I also have been struggling with that.
